Find the latest valuation statistics
We carry out a valuation on rateable land within the Perth metropolitan area and the City of Mandurah every three years. Based on the date of valuation of 1 August 2021, our valuations team provided a valuation for the City of Mandurah and all 30 local governments in the Perth Metropolitan area, which came into effect on 1 July 2023 and is detailed below.
